I figured might as well. Its not a perfect build but ive been winning with it for a few weeks now so i figured might as well post it. Ill add the gear builds i use later on depending the feedback on this build. 1-mind wrack 3-flames 1-lurch 0-heal 5-amp 1-lash 6-blur 3-neural shock Like i said its not the best but it hands out butt whoopings pretty good, try it out n let me know what u think. I can do ether with it. Its good with vet pistol and shield. And good with vet snub carbine. Its a dodge base build but can do kite or bull rush
